He's an entrepreneur and executive leader with 25+ years at the intersection of technology and enterprise transformation — helping companies build digital platforms to improve performance, outcomes, and long-term customer value.

Todd has held senior leadership roles at Medecision, ServiceNow, and Covenant Care, leading go-to-market strategy, enterprise growth, population health innovation, and large-scale operational transformation. His background spans product innovation, healthcare SaaS, non-profit health systems, and mission-critical government environments — including early career work supporting U.S. Special Operations.

Alita is a Speech-Language Pathologist and one of the most respected Early Childhood Intervention specialists in the Pensacola area. She works with infants and toddlers from birth to three — the critical window where the right support can change a child's entire trajectory.

As Chief Everything Officer, Alita keeps PensacolaCoPilot grounded in the families it serves. Her clinical expertise shapes how the service answers questions about early development, developmental milestones, and local resources for parents of young children.

She and Todd are raising their family in Pensacola — and Moose has yet to win an argument with either of them.

Evan is a senior at the University of West Florida studying Biomedical Sciences, and he keeps PensacolaCoPilot from embarrassing itself online. As the primary social media auditor, he reviews every post, caption, and campaign before it goes live — with the ruthless honesty only a Gen Z son can deliver.

His catchphrase — "seriously, you're going to post that, Dad?" — has saved the brand from more cringe than anyone cares to count. When he's not fact-checking Todd's posts or studying for exams, Evan's usually out on the water.

Moose is a Havanese with a fluffy coat and an even fluffier attitude toward work. He's never met a sidecar he didn't love — and never met a thunderstorm he didn't fear.

When he's not "helping" draft product strategy from the couch, Moose serves as Chief Morale Officer, reminding the team that the best decisions are made after a walk, a treat, and a long nap.
