Season One · Season Pass

Asking is free. Competing is where it gets fun.

A season is a block of competitions we run together — Season One has Spargle™, the Dessert Challenge and the Pulse Points leaderboard, and it wraps on October 6, 2026. One Season Pass unlocks every competition inside that season — not one event, all of them. Add a competition mid-season and your pass covers that too.

Questions, answered

Do I need a pass to use PensacolaCoPilot?

No. Asking questions, reading the Pulse, the Oracle itinerary, market reports and browsing every competition feed is free. A pass is only needed to enter and compete.

What exactly is a 'season'?

A season is a time-boxed block that holds several competitions at once. Season One runs through October 6, 2026 and includes Spargle™, the Dessert Challenge and the Pulse Points leaderboard. One pass covers all of them.

What's the difference between the two passes?

The $1.99 Season Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks every competition inside the current season only. The $9.99 All-Season Pass is a single yearly payment that unlocks every standard season we run for the next 12 months, including standard seasons that haven't been announced yet. It does not include special or premium seasons — sponsor-backed, charity or prize-pool events we designate as special editions — which are sold separately.

What counts as a standard season?

A standard season is one of our regular, time-boxed community seasons (Spargle™, the Dessert Challenge, Pulse Points and similar). Anything we label a special or premium season — sponsor-backed or extra-prize events — sits outside the All-Season Pass and requires its own entry. We'll always label a season as special before it opens.

Does a pass auto-renew?

The $1.99 Season Pass never auto-renews — it's one payment for one season. The $9.99 All-Season Pass covers 12 months of standard seasons from purchase and does not silently rebill; we'll prompt you when it's up.

What if I buy mid-season?

You get everything left in that season — every competition still open, plus any competition we add before the season closes. Prices don't drop as the season goes on, so earlier is better.

I already pay $4.99/month. Do I need to buy anything?

No. An active monthly membership includes every standard season automatically at no extra charge, and you'll never see a checkout prompt. Special or premium seasons are sold separately. If you cancel your membership, that all-season access ends with it and you'd buy a pass like anyone else.

What do I actually win?

Each season awards prizes to the top contributors — Pulse Points are tallied and winners are announced at the end of the scoring window. Prize details for the current season are posted on the Pulse Compete page.

Can I share a pass with my spouse or a friend?

A pass is tied to one account, since points and entries are scored per person. Everyone competing needs their own pass.

Is my card stored on your site?

No. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details never touch our servers.

Refund policy

  • 7-day no-questions window. Ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a pass and we'll refund it in full — as long as you haven't already won or placed in a competition during that window.
  • What the All-Season Pass covers. Standard seasons only. Special or premium seasons — sponsor-backed, charity or extra prize-pool editions, which we label as such before they open — are not included and are sold separately. This applies equally to All-Season Passes earned through referrals.
  • If we cancel a season, and you bought a Season Pass for it, you get a full refund. All-Season Pass holders get the season replaced or a pro-rated refund for the remaining months, your pick.
  • After 7 days, passes are non-refundable — the pass has already unlocked live competitions and prize eligibility.
  • Disqualification. If an entry is removed for breaking the rules, the pass isn't refunded, but you keep access to the season's other competitions.
  • How to ask. Email support@pensacolacopilot.com with the email on your account. Approved refunds return to the original card in 5–10 business days.

Monthly memberships follow our standard refund policy.
