Question
What food options are at the garden
Answer
The Garden at Palafox + Main is Pensacola’s covered outdoor food hall—good when a group wants different things. It has four food Airstreams, five kiosks, a bar, and a restaurant. The Garden itself is open 10 a.m.–9 p.m. daily; most Airstream kitchens run 11 a.m.–9 p.m. (The Garden).
Food options highlighted there include:
- Bao Town — bao buns and Asian-inspired bites; the mango sticky rice is a standout.
- Bluefin Poke — customizable Hawaiian-style poke bowls.
- Esaan Thai — Thai dishes and wings; their site has promoted a Wednesday wing special, but confirm current vendor specials onsite.
- Calavera Tacos — tacos, including shrimp tacos.
- Melt — comfort-food sandwiches and mac & cheese.
- Frosty World — frozen treats/desserts.
- Plus coffee, cocktails, burgers, empanadas, and other rotating kiosk offerings, according to recent visitor listings and posts (Yelp, Facebook).
My move: get savory food from one of the Airstreams, then split dessert—it's easiest for mixed groups, and the covered setup makes it workable even in summer rain. Vendor/kiosk hours can vary, so check the individual vendor pages before going late.
