What’s new/recent as of Tuesday, Aug. 11:

• Lucy’s is slated as an official venue for the Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival, Oct. 1–11, 2026—a good reason to watch its socials for artist-night details.
• A recent Lucy’s social post advertised a happy hour with $2 off draft beer, wine by the glass, and seasonal cocktails; the post’s time wording was inconsistent, so call before making a special trip for it.
• Member intel from tonight: a PensacolaCoPilot member specifically called the queso “awesome,” and flagged $3 Taco Tuesday as a worthwhile deal. That’s a first-hand report, not a verified current menu listing.

My take: Go on a nice-weather evening if you want a casual downtown patio meal rather than a formal dinner. For Tuesday, start with the queso and tacos; for a busier festival or weekend night, expect the patio to be the draw and consider arriving early.
