Question
Is there a map of the new Pensacola downtown walking historic Trail?
Answer
Yes — the new America’s First Settlement Trail has an official downloadable map/brochure from Visit Pensacola: open or download the trail map (PDF).
It’s a marked, self-guided route of about 3 miles through downtown and the Pensacola Historic District, with 20 stops and more than 70 points of interest. The official interactive trail page also has the stop-by-stop map and background—including Plaza Ferdinand VII and Pensacola’s Spanish colonial history.
For a phone-friendly walking route, AllTrails’ map lists it as an easy 2.7-mile loop, roughly 30–60 minutes without lingering at the sites. I’d allow 2 hours if you want to read the markers and stop at museums or coffee along Palafox.
👉 Would you like a simple “best 8 stops” version for a one-hour downtown walk?
