Local note: a PensacolaCoPilot member reported from Sand Island this morning that the slide is up and running today — unverified, but helpful if you’re headed that way.

My take: great bay/ICW day, especially before afternoon pop-up storms. Just keep an eye west/southwest for thunderheads; winds and waves can jump fast near storms.
